下學期選擇跟平原英樹老師做UIA(International Union of Architects)的學生競圖.
UIA每三年會辦一次大型博覽會, 好比於建築界的EXPO, 2011在日本東京舉行,
同時也是亞洲第二次辦這項盛事, 上一次是1999在北京了.
平原老師說他在我們這個年紀也參加過一次學生競圖, 可惜那次只有得到佳作,
希望我們能青出於藍勝於藍, 我想這是在還沒開始做之前先送我們一人一個壓力鍋,
而且這個競圖3/31就要交, 即使是打team但剩下一個半月還是很趕.
即然是國際學生競圖當然是密密麻麻的英文, 剛好在強迫自己看英文同時紀錄不會的單字.

它主要有四個主題供我們選擇, 禮拜五則要跟老師說我們想做哪個再分配打team.

Theme 1. /

Tsukuba(筑波) Science City "Architectural Plan for International Medical and Nursing Center"

Subject:New International Medical and Nursing Center affiliated(加盟) with Tsukuba University

Location:Northern Part of Katsuragi(桂木) District "30ha"(公頃)

Recommanded Facilities:
-Medical and Nursing Research Institute, including for Children's and Aged People's Care
-Rehabilitation(康復) Center
-Health Promotion Center for Young and Old Residents,e.g.Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Bowling Center, etc.
-Health Care Park for Promotion of Health and Disaster Mitigation(舒緩)
-International Rescue Team Base
-Heliport
-Administration Center

Theme 2. /

Tsuchiura(土浦) City “New C.B.D. Sports and Transportation (Railroad/Port & Harbor) Hub Area Plan”
C.B.D. = Central Business District (中心商務區)

Subject: 
Revitalization(振興) of C.B.D. centered on transportation hub area
(JR Tsuchiura Station and Tsuchiura Port) and sports hub area.

Location:New C.B.D. including JR Tsuchiura Chua(土浦佐) Station and Tsuchiura Harbour

Recommanded Facilities: 
Facilities related to JR Tsuchiura Chua Station and Tsuchiura Port
land and water sports facilities;
-aquarium
-shopping center
-hotel
-residential facilities
-green spaces
-parks.

Theme 3. /

Inashiki(稻敷) City “New Ecological City Plan”

Subject: 
New Ecological City Plan / Creation of Environmentally-friendly Housing

Location:Inashiki City boundaries
A) Re-structured government administrative functions conceptual zone (字看懂文不懂 是指華山、駁二之類的?)
B) Bustling(繁華) hub conceptual zone
C) Industrial hub conceptual zone
D) Sustainable settlement(鄉村鎮) conceptual zone

Recommanded Facilities:

Kasumigaura(霞浦) Southern Coastal Region (K.S.C.R.) “Smart Region Plan”

Subject: 
Creation of Smart Region

Location:Any Part in the Region or the Whole Region may be adopted

Kasumigaura Southern Coastal Region;
